-
- I can't see how a rev.11 SuperBuster would make a difference to SCSI and
- those awful CDR-25's.
-
- I own two of them CDR-25's on my A3000. All I do is always leave a data
- CD in the drive.
-
- The lock up problem sounds like you have the -04 WD SCSI chip....upgrading to
- the -08 chip should solve the problem (reselection bug). I replaced mine
- soon after I put on a DM3028.
-
- I kind of strange 8-), I have two CDR-25s and the DM3028 when I use for
- data CDs, while I have a Toshiba T3601A (4x)....which I use for audio CDs.
-
- Also on my machine is a Wangtek 5150ES QIC drive and a Wangtek 6130FS DAT
- drive, three Quantum LPS730S drives, a Quantum LPS270S and a Quantum LPS540S.
-
- I'm replacing two of the LPS730Ss with a Quantum FB1080S soon and losing the
- DM3028.
